Main Responsibilities:
· Ensure your guests receive the best food and drinks delivered in a friendly and efficient style
· Provide guests with exceptional customer service leaving them keen to return for more
· Look after any guests additional requests, go that extra mile whenever possible
· Communicate any issues quickly to the duty manager
· Setting up and closing down the site whilst following all checklists and procedures
· Assisting the management team with other daily duties upon request
