Park View Medical Clinic are a private independent medical clinic established for over 70 years providing first class private consulting, therapy and treatment rooms to rent in a historic Victorian mansion house. Our aim is to provide a professional environment for clinicians, counsellors, therapists; both holistic and aesthetic within the North East of England.
We are looking to recruit a receptionist on full time basis. Our Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organisation. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.
A receptionist’s daily tasks will involve:
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (inc. Word/Excel/Outlook)
- Strong administration skills
- Experience working in an office/admin/reception environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- The confidence to work unsupervised
- Excellent organisational skills
- Professional and polite interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
Requirements for the role:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
Working hours are : Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
You may be required to undergo a DBS check.
