Customer Service Advisor - Night Shift - Work From Home


 
Rate of pay: £10.90 + £1.76 shift allowance per hour

Full Time: 28 hours per week (4 Days Cover from 7 and can include weekend evenings) 11 PM - 9 AM

Proposed Start Date: 14 th July

Adecco are working in partnership with Serco to recruit candidates to work as an essential public service worker, where you will be a vital member of the Serco team.

The role involves taking inbound calls from clinical/professional environments such as Hospitals, Council & Care Homes. Your daily duties will include obtaining the necessary details from the caller in order to efficiently refer them to the relevant services and signpost to the relevant professionals for further advice.

Requirements:
  • Please note, to successfully complete this role you will need access to your own device. This must be a laptop or desk top computer, with windows 10, google chrome and Microsoft teams installed. Chromebooks, Tablets, Mobile Phones and Apple Devices do not meet specifications , the device must have a full Windows Operating System.
  • You must have a minimum WIFI download speed of 8mgb, Minimum Upload Speed: 3Mbps and where possible a wired network connection (ethernet connection) to the router should be used to allow for a more stable internet connection.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Able to follow instructions and processes
  • Resilience and the ability to work in a faced paced, high pressured team environment
  • Verified RTW documentation
  • Consent to undertake BPSS verification and willingness to provide employment history
  • Willingness and consent to apply for a DBS check
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including a confident telephone manner with the ability to engage and build rapport quickly with people to assess their needs in a timely manner
  • Ability to handle the sensitive nature of calls/contacts to the service with empathy, professionalism, and a non-judgemental approach
  • An understanding of confidentiality
