Job Description

As the Admin Assistant, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Support the Senior EA and Office Manager with daily tasks
  • Assist in collating time sheets/expenses/forms/invoices
  • Arrange overseas and regional travel and hotel arrangements
  • Arrange the booking of meeting rooms, video/conference facilities, refreshments, restaurants, taxis etc.
  • Maintain an electronic filing system consisting of various project and files
  • Assist on the production of professional presentations using InDesign and PowerPoint

The Successful Applicant

The successful Admin Assistant will:

  • Have used InDesign previously, or have experience using design packages - Essential
  • Have experience in an Administrative/PA/Office Support role - Essential
  • Be available to work in the office up to 4 days per week - Essential

What's on Offer
