Hours / Working Days: Full-Time, Monday – Friday (may include weekend hours)
Starting Salary: Approximately £22k - £24k per year (based on 37.5 hours per week)

Contract: Six Months’ Probation - Permanent

Role Description:
We are looking for someone with previous experience within the customer support environment.
Knowledge of the Zendesk ticketing system would be an advantage and you must be IT literate with good experience in using a computer with software such as Microsoft Office, Google Chrome and other similar applications.
Training will be given, but we are looking for someone that can hit the ground running and become a valuable member of our team!
Excellent communication skills are essential and the ability to work alone and as part of a wider team.
Six-month probationary period with a view to becoming a permanent member of our growing team of A-Class Players.
This role would suit someone that is looking for a new challenge and has a passion for delivering
consistent first-class customer support.
UK Vehicle Data Ltd is a fast-growing company within the vehicle data industry. An interest in motor vehicles would be an advantage but not essential.
